Seven Swans is one of Europe’s most distinctive fine dining restaurants, quietly located in the narrowest house in Frankfurt with just sixteen seats overlooking the river Main. Led by chef Ricky Saward, the first chef worldwide to receive a Michelin star for a fully vegan restaurant, Seven Swans follows an uncompromising farm to table and root to leaf philosophy. Every ingredient comes exclusively from the immediate surroundings of Frankfurt, grown, foraged or preserved by the team themselves. Vegetables, herbs, fruits and wild plants define the menu, transformed through fermentation, preservation and precise craftsmanship into deeply expressive dishes. There is no separation between kitchen and service, allowing guests to engage directly with the ideas behind each course. Wine pairings focus on organic and natural producers from Germany, while non alcoholic pairings are created in house using ferments, juices and infusions. At Seven Swans, nature sets the rhythm and every meal becomes a reflection of dedication, curiosity and respect for the land.<!-- notionvc: 6666434a-cc71-4548-af35-82d0fd17fb07 -->
