Michelin-starred with two concepts: Neo Bistro mid-week, fine dining on weekends, featuring seasonal, European-inspired dishes and wines.
Alte Liebe is a Michelin-starred restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, offering two different concepts. On Wednesday and Thursday, Alte Liebe operates as a Neo Bistro and Wine Bar, offering contemporary and seasonal dishes with a strong focus on regional products as well as high-end ingredients from across Europe. The wine list has a European focus—ranging from classic to natural wines. At regular intervals, there are pop-ups showcasing various styles of cuisine, inspired by Benjamin Mitschele’s travels around the world. On Friday and Saturday, the architecture award-winning restaurant transforms into a fine dining hotspot, offering only one elaborate tasting menu—available upon request as a vegetarian version. Each course focuses on one main ingredient, with the aim of highlighting its inner beauty by creatively combining it with different aromatic worlds. At the outskirts of Augsburg, Alte Liebe operates a small organic market garden, where a variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers are grown for the restaurant.
