A refined Milan venue where culinary artistry and elegance shine, offering an authentic gastronomic experience with Two Michelin Stars.
Perched atop the Fondazione Luigi Rovati in Milan, Andrea Aprea's eponymous restaurant offers a refined dining experience that harmoniously blends tradition and innovation. The space, designed by architect Flaviano Capriotti, features a panoramic window overlooking Porta Venezia park, a Murano glass chandelier, and walls adorned with Etruscan-inspired ceramics, creating an ambiance that complements the culinary artistry. Chef Aprea presents three tasting menus: Contemporaneità, a five-course exploration of memory and innovation; Partenope, a six-course homage to Campanian specialties; and Signature, an eight-course journey embodying his culinary philosophy. His dishes reinterpret classic Italian recipes with modern techniques, offering guests a multisensory experience. Adjacent to the main dining area, the Caffè Bistrot provides a more casual setting, serving Italian favorites from breakfast through dinner in a bright, contemporary space overlooking a hidden garden.
