Restaurant Domestic

Domestic is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in the heart of Aarhus. You can find the restaurant in one of the charming backyards of the Latin Quarter, in rustic premises, tucked away from the urban space. It's central - yet close to forest and water. At Domestic, they are local, sustainable, and present. They use 100% local ingredients that come from small suppliers in the surrounding area, which means they don't use any vanilla, chocolate, or lemons, and thus create as sustainable a journey as possible from "farm to table". The food at Domestic is prepared with consideration for the environment, seasoned with a high gastronomic level, old fermentation processes, and the meticulous craftsmanship of the chef. All served in an informal and homely setting.
