The Jellyfish represents first-class fish cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Stefan Fäth, the head chef and owner, and his team only use wild-caught fish and sustainably and regionally farmed products. Sustainability is a top priority, as is the use of seasonal and regional products. Jellyfish is located in the heart of Hamburg, right in the centre of the Schanze district – fine dining without appearing aloof.
