On the third floor of the factory building, the open kitchen takes center stage in a loft-like room with an ‘industrial chic’ ambiance. A creatively surprising menu is crafted at either 100 or 200 degrees (hence the name), using the remarkable Molteni cooker that adapts entirely to the changing seasons. Setting the mood is a beautiful display bar showcasing raw ingredients. The focal point here is sustainability and personal connections with small-scale producers. Respect for food is the guiding principle!

With passion and a distinctive style, Thomas Imbusch infuses dishes with honesty and a natural touch. Additionally, they offer exceptional pairings, whether with or without alcohol. For a smaller version of their ‘Carte Blanche Tasting Menu,’ you can opt for the ‘Hourly Table.’ In their gallery, they also offer an à la carte concept, available without reservations.
